Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your 3D modeling course enrollment. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined below.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your course enrollment date. After this period, refunds will not be processed except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of enrollment
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded or accessed all course materials
  • The request is made in good faith and not due to abuse of our refund policy

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed beyond 25% of the content
  • Certificates already issued
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions that have been conducted
  • Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately

  • Course name and enrollment date

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Your course access will be revoked upon refund completion

Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course within our catalog, subject to availability and price differences. Transfer requests must be made within the same 30-day period.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course materials, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or course transfer.

Disputes
